Techno Tyrone Ltd

Techno Tyrone Limited, a not-for-profit community economic development organisation,
planned, developed and manages Termon Business Park on the outskirts of
Carrickmore. First built on an eleven acre industrially zoned site Thirty one years ago,
the Park consists of a rural resource complex known as the Milestone Centre, a variety
of Business and Industrial Units ranging from 250 to 10,000 sq. feet (23 sq.m. to 925
sq.m.) and independent business units located on private sector section of the site.

The Milestone Centre provides facilities, services and support for businesses,
community organisations, special interest groups and individuals. Most prominent
among the services provided has been the delivery of training, skilling and informational
courses, workshops and seminars targeting specific groups such as aspiring
entrepreneurs, learners requiring skills development and NVQ accreditations, persons
seeking work and others enduring deprivation or disadvantage. A training combination that includes a 16 station technology suite, conference hall, seminar room, video conferencing station and embedded projection equipment facilitates the delivery of various technology-based learning experiences.
