Zachary Geddis Break the Silence Trust

The Zachary Geddis Break the Silence Trust is a non profit mental health service dedicated to raising mental health awareness and decreasing the stigma surrounding suicide. Our work reaches the local community and beyond across the United Kingdom and Ireland which has gained us many local and national awards and recognitions. All of our mental health services are free to the user and take place either online or in one of our 3 locations across Northern Ireland. We provide the following support: Initial Consultations; Professional Counselling; Mentoring; Wellbeing Plans; Mental Health Plans; Carer Support; Support Groups and a monthly Book Club.
