This checklist provides a simple guide to typical questions each partner will need to ask when considering collaborative working.

Boards and senior executives must always act in the interests of their organisation and in accordance with their Memorandum and Articles of Association. This means that they should be satisfied that there are adequate benefits to be gained for both their organisation and its beneficiaries from working in collaboration with others.

The answers derived from undertaking this review should provide each partner with enough information to decide if collaborative working is in the best interest of their organisation and its beneficiaries. Actions outlined can then be listed on the Collaborative Tendering Action Plan to ensure a planned response.
