On 27 March, NICVA held its Celebration of Learning, recognising and congratulating everyone who participated in our accredited learning programmes over the past year. The event brought together learners from a variety of programmes and organisations, providing an opportunity for connection, reflection, and continued professional development.

For the past five years, the voluntary youth work sector in Northern Ireland has been on a shared journey of reflection, relationship building, and change. That journey continues - and your organisation’s voice is needed now.

Applications are open for grants of between €10,000 and €100,000 through the PEACEPLUS Change Maker Funding Programme. 

The programme will distribute €40M of funding up to the end of 2027 to support cross-community/cross border people to people projects.

Our latest Digital Empowerment Programme, delivered over six weeks in February and March 2026, brought together 12 voluntary and community organisations committed to strengthening their digital capability — and the impact is already clear.

The Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency Act 2023 (the Act) has introduced new changes for all companies in the UK.  Some of the changes such as ID verification have recently been introduced and others will come in over the next few years.
