NICVA Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel the place you booked on a NICVA event. We also understand that sometimes there are exceptional circumstances. If you are unable to attend through a personal emergency, please contact NICVA as soon as possible.

Each topic section of State of the Sector uses data from a number of sources, primarily the State of the Sector survey, but also NICVA's Sector Forecast Survey, Individual Giving Survey and Workforce Survey.

Conference Facility Pricing
NICVA’s facilities are for the use of voluntary, community or charitable organisations (for non business purposes only, e.g. charitable or community related matters), or by public or private organisations for work associated with the voluntary and community sector. NICVA members get a 30% discount on Room Hire [first column in bold in the table below].
Main Conference Room
This room has free wireless internet access, two large plasma screens with audio built in. See our optional extra bookable items for your event here pricing for more information. Stage equipment is also available on request for this room (see Main Conference Room with Stage).
Conference Room A
The larger of the two conference areas, this room has all the functionality mentioned under 'Main Conference Room' (with the exception that there is only one projector screen), and can seat 30 people boardroom style, 70 people theatre style, 40 people cabaret style and 36 people classroom style.
Meeting Room 3
This meeting space, located within the main conference area opposite Conference Room B, benefits from natural light. It can seat up to 12 people boardroom style and up to 20 theatre style.
Conference Room B
This room benefits from natural light, and has all the functionality mentioned under 'Main Conference Room' (with the exception that there is only one plasma screen).
Main Conference Room with Stage
This room has wireless internet access, two large plasma screens, sound equipment other our optional extras - see pricing for more information).
Meeting Room 4
This meeting space is located on the ground floor of NICVA, with easy access to toilet facilities and the main reception area.
Meeting Room 2
This meeting space, located within the main conference area opposite Conference Room A, benefits from natural light.
