InsightLink is a major partnership programme bringing together organisations across Northern Ireland, Ireland and Great Britain to strengthen collaboration, improve shared knowledge of the voluntary and community sector, and support more informed strategic planning across jurisdictions.
The appointed consultant will work with NICVA and project partners to design a comprehensive strategy, including a clear vision, strategic objectives, Theory of Change, and a detailed, deliverable action plan aligned to the project.
