NICVA is fully accessible to all patrons, our staff will escort you to your room, communicate relevant housekeeping procedures, the location of toilets, evacuation procedures and assisted evacuation where necessary.

NICVA offers a wide range of low cost room hire and conference facilities in an easily accessible part of Belfast for members, voluntary and community organisations and charitable groups.

Press, media and general information services are co-ordinated by our Communications Officer.

NICVA aims to provide high quality services to our members and to other agencies and individuals in the voluntary and community sector. We are committed to providing a high standard of service and to continuously improving and extending what we can offer. However, we recognise that there may be occasions when things go wrong. It is important that you tell us when this happens so that we can deal speedily with the problem you have raised.
