Room Booking Policy (Terms and Conditions)
This policy should be read and understood by all facilitators at the time of booking. The information should be read and understood by all persons responsible for the event at the NICVA site.
Disabled persons access
NICVA is fully accessible to all patrons, our staff will escort you to your room, communicate relevant housekeeping procedures, the location of toilets, evacuation procedures and assisted evacuation where necessary.
Conference Facilities
NICVA offers a wide range of low cost room hire and conference facilities in an easily accessible part of Belfast for members, voluntary and community organisations and charitable groups.

Complaints Procedure
NICVA aims to provide high quality services to our members and to other agencies and individuals in the voluntary and community sector. We are committed to providing a high standard of service and to continuously improving and extending what we can offer. However, we recognise that there may be occasions when things go wrong. It is important that you tell us when this happens so that we can deal speedily with the problem you have raised. Feedback really does help us to improve the quality of our work.

Welfare Reform, Live
NICVA, alongside colleagues in the Advice Services Consortium (CAB, Advice NI and the Law Centre) are hosting a half day conference examining the practical implementation of welfare reform in England and Scotland.

Bespoke training designed to meet the specific needs of your organisation may be the most effective and convenient way to maximise the performance of your staff and board or committee. You choose the date and times and we come to train your staff and board or committee in your own premises. Or if you want to escape the office you can hire a room in NICVA.
