Equality Commission allows flexibility for annual monitoring returns
Due to the current disruptions resulting from the impact of COVID19 on our workplaces and working practices, the Equality Commission is asking that employers submit the annual monitoring return when it is practicable to do so.
The Equality Commission have provided a helpful update on their website confirming that it recognises that employers may require more time this year to collate and submit the annual monitoring return. They have also made the Fair Employment Annual Monitoring form available on their website: ECNI Monitoring Form .
The Commission is encouraging online submissions. When completed, the return can be submitted by email to [email protected], ensuring your registration number, company name, address and email are included.
