PSNI suspends permits for street collections - In light of COVID-19, the PSNI has made the decision to temporarily suspend issuing any permits or licences for street and house-to-house charity collections in line with the Government’s guidance on social distancing.

IOF and FR advise charities to reflect seriously on public fundraising operations. The IoF estimates this will have a significant financial impact on the sector, with charities standing to lose hundreds of millions of pounds. You can read their joint statement here
