NICVA delivers ILM qualifications at levels 3, 4, 5 and 7 to the Voluntary and Community Sector in NI for first line, middle and senior managers. We go back to learners several months later to find out the impact of their learning.
Since September 2020 83 people have participated in our ILM L5 Diploma in Leadership and Management. It is encouraging to go back to our learners six months after they complete and find out what has changed.

On 2 April NICVA joined with over 40 participants from the East Belfast Community Capacity and Leadership Programme to celebrate all that had been achieved and look to the future.
