We can help you effectively communicate the difference that you make through our new improved Communications Series in 2020 in partnership with Bespoke Communications.
A big thank you to The Halifax Foundation who have funded our new cyber security workshops. NICVA has teamed up with industry experts to provide these tailored cyber security sessions.
September is approaching, we are thinking about “back to school” - are you thinking about your own learning and development needs in the next few months?
NICVA works to help to build the capacity of organisations in the voluntary and community sector to be resilient and robust to respond to the challenge of change. We do this through practical support, information, advice and training.
All NICVA members benefit from 30% discount on all training -this includes our new online ILM courses, TQUK and ILM courses, full day and half day training sessions. In some cases this is a saving of £400 per person.
We are delighted our first 20 learners have completed the online learning part of their ILM training from March to May through our partnership with Global Management Academy, with another 20 currently participating in online courses.
NICVA's partnership with Global Management Academy offers online courses in a range of topics and is going from strength to strength. In the first year from March 2018 to March 2019 we had 86 online learners.
The Social Innovation workshops provide a great opportunity for an overview of what is on offer through Phase 2 of the Social Innovation Programme, as well as to discuss innovation and practice the design thinking process.
NICVA has been working with Social Innovation NI to deliver 8 workshops throughout Northern Ireland to introduce people to social innovation and the support that is available through The Social Innovation NI Programme.
In February and March NICVA surveyed our members to ask what their development needs were in a range of areas. We had a great response rate of 19.3% (1,209 people responded).
